• Allow Partners to contact clients

We do not provide services ourselves.

2. No Guarantee of Service Quality

We do not guarantee:

• Quality of work

• Accuracy of quotes

• Timeliness or professionalism

• Client satisfaction

Any agreement or payment is strictly between the client and Partner.

3. No Liability for Loss or Damages

ServiceScouter is not liable for:

• Service quality issues

• Damages, losses, or expenses from work done by a Partner

• Miscommunications or disputes

• Financial loss or negligence by a Partner

Use of Partners is at your own discretion and risk.

4. Business-to-Business Clause

Partners must handle client data responsibly and comply with Australian privacy law. ServiceScouter is not liable for any misuse, breach, or mishandling of information by Partners.

5. Contact & Spam Compliance

By submitting your enquiry, you consent to being contacted by Partners regarding the service. Partners must not send unsolicited marketing unrelated to your enquiry. All communications comply with the Spam Act (2003).

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or submit false info

• Interfere with platform security

• Use the site for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or refuse service at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
